1. What this service is

• HiredHive creates finished, AI-assisted video ad files.
• Customers publish and use the files themselves.
• In v1 we do not manage ad accounts, run ad spend, or post on behalf of customers.

2. Information we collect

When you request a quote, the form may collect:

• Name
• Business name
• Email
• Phone
• Website / social link
• Project / ad details
• Target customer
• Deadline
• Budget / notes
• Uploaded logo / photo / footage link or notes, if you provide them

Optional analytics (off unless you allow it)

Analytics is optional on this site and does nothing unless you choose to allow it. On your first visit we ask whether we may use Google Analytics. If you decline, or simply never answer, no Google Analytics is loaded, no request is sent to Google, and no Google Analytics cookie is created.

If you choose “Allow analytics”, we collect basic technical and usage information: pages viewed, which buttons you click, whether you started and submitted the quote form, the package tier you selected, and how you reached the site (for example a search engine, a direct visit, or a link we sent). Google Analytics sets a cookie in your browser to tell repeat visits apart, and receives standard technical details such as your device type, browser and approximate location. We ask Google to anonymise IP addresses and we turn off advertising and personalisation features.

We do not send your name, business name, email, phone number, project details or anything else you type into the quote form to Google Analytics. Those details go only to the quote route described below.

You can change your mind at any time using the “Analytics settings” link at the bottom of the page. If you turn analytics off after having allowed it, we stop sending data and remove the Google Analytics cookies we can reach from your browser. Information already sent to Google before you changed the setting cannot be recalled by us.

3. How we use your information

• To review quote requests
• To respond to you
• To decide whether the job is a fit
• To quote the project
• To produce the video ad if accepted
• To deliver the finished files

4. Third-party services

Quote request forms are processed through Web3Forms. Form submissions are sent to our HiredHive email route at studio@hiredhive.xyz. We use the information only to review and respond to quote requests.

• A future internal sheet/log may store quote requests.
• A future private file-sharing service may deliver final files.
• Future Stripe Payment Links may be used, sent manually after review.
• No Stripe secret keys are ever placed in front-end code.

Google Analytics (Google LLC) is used only for the optional analytics described in section 2, and only after you allow it. Google acts as our analytics provider and receives usage data — not your quote-form details.

5. Payment terms

• No payment is collected on the quote page.
• Payment links are sent manually, only after review and acceptance.
• Pricing shown is package guidance and may vary based on scope.
• Work starts only after scope and payment terms are accepted.

6. Delivery terms

• Final files are delivered by a private download link.
• The customer is responsible for downloading, saving, posting, boosting, or uploading the video files.
• No customer login or social-media / ad-account password is needed.

7. No guarantees

• We do not guarantee sales, leads, views, platform approval, ad performance, or return on ad spend.
• Performance depends on the customer's offer, audience, platform, budget, and posting strategy.

8. Account access

• Customers should not send social-media passwords, ad-account credentials, or private account access.
• HiredHive does not need those credentials for v1.

9. Customer materials & examples

• You must have the right to use any logos, photos, footage, music, or brand assets you provide.
• Your work will not be used publicly as a portfolio/example unless you give permission.
